Do you supply the materials, or do I?

We can supply everything, and we buy to a standard we are willing to warrant. If you have already bought tiles, paint or timber, or you want a specific product, we are perfectly happy to work with what you have.

How do I get a quote?

Send through the form or give us a call and describe the job. Plenty of work can be priced from a clear photo and a few measurements. Anything larger or less obvious, we will come and look before putting a number on it.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry insurance for the work we take on, and where a job legally requires a licensed trade, it is done by one. If something falls outside what we should be doing, we will tell you and point you at someone who can.

How long will my job take?

It depends entirely on scope. A door adjustment or a gutter clear is a single visit. Room tiling, decking or an exterior repaint run across several days. You get a realistic timeframe with the quote, not an optimistic one.

Do you guarantee your work?

We stand behind what we do. If something is not right, tell us and we will come back and put it right. That is easier for everyone than arguing about it later.

Can you work around my schedule?

Within reason, yes. We book to suit you where the job allows it, and for work that takes over a room we will stage it so you are not locked out of half the house for a week.
